Fundings, Rev-share and Real-Yield

As of August 2024, HbO2 Therapeutics signed a memorandum of understanding with the Buy The Blood project, creating a collaboration with the crypto community to accelerate the development of its own products. Under this memorandum, the company plans to:

• Develop knowledge about the company’s products among the crypto community,

• Utilize access to new forms of financing from digitals instruments and crypto community,

• Promote digital charitable platform for animals that otherwise would not have access to company’s products.

HbO2 Therapeutics agreed that in exchange for funding (donations), the Buy The Blood project will receive revenue that will be redistributed to its community as real yield, until the end of 2029. By then, HbO2 Therapeutics may choose to extend this period or create a different type of partnership.
